Kevin Eberle

Director of Quality Engineering

Kevin is Director of Quality Engineering for M&R Precision and is responsible for managing the Quality Department and all of the company’s quality processes and operations. Kevin also works closely with the Engineering Department on all New Product Introductions and other Quality-related issues.

Kevin has 20 years of experience in Quality Management and Manufacturing Engineering Management in a wide variety of industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, and Commercial Manufacturing.

Kevin is a graduate of Purdue University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Kevin is working to build one of the top-rated Quality Departments in the Aerospace & Defense industries and to develop a “Culture of Continuous Improvement” that provides M&R Precision’s customers with exceptional Quality, Service, and On-Time-Delivery.

Kevin is blessed with 5 wonderful children (4 daughters and 1 son). His youngest is in middle school and his oldest is obtaining a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) in graduate school.

Kevin teaches Sunday School and is a Boy Scout Leader who loves camping, hiking, and being in the outdoors. He also enjoys playing chess, shooting pool, and trying new foods. Kevin is a sports fan, especially of Hockey (Detroit Red Wings) and Baseball (Chicago Cubs).

In his spare time, Kevin converts 1958 Vintage air-cooled Volkswagens into Baja Buggies and Manx Dune Buggies. His goal is to drive his converted race cars in the Baja 1000, an off-road 1,000-mile endurance race through the Mexican desert of Baja California. Past drivers in this popular and grueling annual race include Steve McQueen, Paul Newman, James Garner, Rick Mears, Johnny Unser, and Mario Andretti.
